Ingredients
1.5 cups Organic large oat flakes or 1 cup Scottish oatmeal/steel cut oats
Pure water
4 pinches Sea salt
2 shakes Pure Ceylon Cinnamon
Sliced banana
1 tsp. Brown sugar per person
1.4 cup Milk per person
Preparation
Cook the Scottish oatmeal 1 cup to 3 cups of water or oat flakes 1 cup to 1.5 to 2 cups pure water. Add the sea salt and cinnamon and stir, stir and stir with The Porridge Mom spurtle for a smooth and creamy porridge. Cooking time is 10 minutes for scottish oatmeal, up to 30 minutes for steel cut oats and 2 /3minutes for oat flakes.
When cooked, divide the oats between 2 or more servings and top with banana slices, brown sugar and your choice of milk.
