A healthy and hearty breakfast is the most important meal of the day! The worst thing we can do is to leave our home with an empty stomach. It may be tempting, but don't do it! If you don't have time for a good meal then grab a piece of fruit such as an apple or a delicious ripe peach in summer when they're available. As often as you can, make yourself and/or your family, ad warm and nourishing bowl of oats...any form will do. You could choose from large oat flakes, oatmeal or quick cooking oats. Add some yogurt and fruit and you have a complete meal.
Don't forget to start your day with a large glass of pure water upon waking. Do some exercise, stretches and jumping jacks or walk the dog, or both, eat your porridge oats,have a shower and go about your day. Meditation can help you have an awesome day as it allows you to set your intention for the day. What you see is what you'll create! Be positive and see everyone in a positive light. Let go of criticism and be positive and flexible. This leads to happiness! I tell my sons, "Flexible people are happy people!" Co-operation was supposed to replace competition years ago but I know that as a society we're still working on this one. And sometimes you just have to have competition since not everyone can win at the same time but I think we can gain so much more when there is cooperation in life and business.
